Pre-existing materials, tools, frameworks, libraries, and know-how owned by the Company prior to or independently of any client engagement remain the sole property of the Company and are licensed to the client for use within the delivered solution.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the applicable arbitration institution. The arbitration shall be conducted in Mandarin Chinese, and the arbitration award shall be final and binding.
